A 10 litre stainless steel tank with 3.25 kW of heating gives fast boil-up and recovery, and four stainless steel baskets let you cook several portions at once. Six preset timing programs and a digital timer keep every portion the same, and it fits on a bench where a floor-standing pasta cooker won't.

Key features:

10 litre stainless steel tank and housing

3.25 kW heating elements for fast cooking and recovery

4 stainless steel baskets included

6 preset timing programs with a digital timer

Temperature control knob, +30°C to +110°C

Stainless steel drain valve with a water draining extension

On/off switch with power indicator light

Cool-touch Bakelite handles and non-slip rubber feet

Specifications:

Model: Benchstar DF-BP

Capacity: 10 litres

Baskets: 4, stainless steel

Temperature range: +30°C to +110°C

Dimensions: 470 W x 580 D x 420 H mm

Weight: 17 kg

Power: 3.25 kW, 240V, 15 A

Packed size for delivery: 650 x 550 x 500 mm

Good to know before you buy:

Power: it needs a 240V 15 A outlet, not a standard power point.
