It suits cafes, sandwich bars and takeaways that toast more sandwiches and paninis at a time than a compact grill allows. It uses the same Duplex plates as the CG 4 SS, but with a plate about 50% wider and 3 kW of power, so it needs a 15 amp power point. The GR 8.2L is the cast iron, grooved-top option.

Key features:

Duplex stainless steel and aluminium plates

Stainless steel surface can be scrubbed with an abrasive to keep it clean

Smooth upper and lower plates

Touch pad controls to cook products to your liking

Thermostat up to 250°C

3 kW for a 370 x 250 mm cooking area

Specifications:

Model: CG 6 SS

Dimensions: 470 W x 445 D x 245 H mm

Weight: 16.5 kg

Electrical: 3 kW, 230 V, single phase, 15 amp plug

Plate material: stainless steel outer, aluminium inner

Plate surface: 370 x 250 mm

Thermostat: up to 250°C

Packed size: 540 x 550 x 330 mm, 18.0 kg

Made in: Portugal

Good to know before you buy:

Power: comes with a 15 amp plug, so it needs a 15 amp power point.

Delivery: sent by courier.
