Our deliveries are all done by 3rd party tailgate trucks. It does not include negotiating lifts or stairs. Delivery does not include unpacking or positioning or assembling items.
Please ensure that products ordered will fit through doorways and into their premises. Please see product page for more information. We cannot accept responsibility if it will not fit. Any carriage charges caused by an aborted delivery are the customer's responsibility.
How do I get shipping costs?
Add the item to your shopping cart. Go to the checkout page and have your shipping address ready. Our delivery costs are very competitive, and we will help you get the lowest possible shipping rates.
What is our order process?
When you place an order, we'll send you an email confirming that it's been received. This means we've received your order and have pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. Once we receive your order, our system automatically reaches out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 48 hours), we'll process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

On occasion, we may need to contact you regarding an order that has been delayed by unforeseen circumstances.
Do I have to be at the premises when I receive my order?
You or someone else must be present when the delivery arrives. Delivery times are between 8 am and 5 pm (weekdays only). For most items, our freight team will contact you to make a booking for a delivery time. If there is no one at the agreed-upon location at the arranged time, you will be charged a re-delivery fee.
How much does shipping cost?
Items that are large, heavy or bulky and deliveries to off-shore locations will attract higher delivery prices and delivery times will be longer, depending on the delivery location. Delivery prices and times for these items will be discussed with the customer after an order has been placed.
How long does it take to my order to arrive?
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Orders to Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Adelaide take between 2-5 business days; those to Perth and Tasmania between 3-8 business days; and for the rest of Australia between 4-12 business days.
Please note that our couriers do not deliver products to P.O BOXES.
What do I do if my product is damaged?
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, and if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please get in contact with us so that we can work together to resolve the issue. We will need to send photos over to our freight carriers, who are responsible for transporting your item(s).
