Delivery Information
All deliveries are carried out by third-party tailgate trucks. Standard delivery does not include:

Carrying items up stairs or negotiating lifts

Unpacking, positioning, or assembling items
If you require these additional services, they can be arranged for an extra fee. Please contact us for a quote.
Ensuring Your Items Fit
Before placing your order, please verify that the products will fit through doorways and into your premises. The product dimensions are on the product page. We cannot be held responsible if an item does not fit. The customer is responsible for any additional costs due to an aborted delivery.

Order Process

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation.

Your payment will be pre-authorized while we check stock availability with our suppliers.

If the item is in stock and ready for immediate shipment (within 48 hours), we will process the payment and arrange for shipping.

Delivery Requirements
To receive the order, someone must be present at the delivery address. Deliveries occur Monday through Friday, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. For most items, our freight team will contact you to schedule a delivery time. If no one is present at the agreed-upon time and location, a re-delivery fee will apply.
Shipping Costs for Bulky or Off-Shore Deliveries
Large, heavy, or bulky items, as well as deliveries to offshore locations, may incur higher shipping costs and longer delivery times. After your order is placed, we will discuss these details with you.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on location:

Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide: 2-5 business days

Perth, Tasmania: 4-8 business days

Rest of Australia: 4-12 business days
Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
Damaged Items
Upon delivery, please inspect your package for any damage. If damage is noticed, make a note when signing for the delivery. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos so we can assist in resolving the issue with our freight carriers.
We cannot accept returns for used items.
