Norris Glassmate - Underbench Glasswasher
The Norris Glassmate is a tough, Australian-made underbench glasswasher for pubs, bars and clubs where glasses need to turn around fast. Its 30 second quick cycle cleans up to 800 glasses an hour, and a selectable cold rinse cools glasses so they are ready to use sooner. It comes in a 10 amp version for premises with limited power, or a 15 amp version, at the same price; compared with the Madison IM17 it has a faster cycle and hot and cold rinse, while the IM17 adds automatic rinse aid and a pump-out drain.

Good to know before you buy:
- Power options: choose the 10 amp version if your premises only has standard 10 A power points, or the 15 amp version for a 15 A outlet. Both are the same price. Have a licensed electrician check your outlet and circuit.
- Water and drain: it uses both cold and hot water connections and a gravity drain, connected by a licensed plumber. Norris specifies 10 L/min at 200–400 kPa. We supply the equipment only.
- Drain pump: the standard drain is gravity. If your drain point is higher than the machine outlet, ask us about the optional Norris drain pump.
- Rack size: it takes a 17 x 14 inch glass rack, not a 500 x 500mm dishwasher rack.

Common questions:
10 amp or 15 amp?
Both wash the same way and cost the same. The 10 amp version is made for premises where the power supply is limited to 10 amps; if you have a 15 A outlet, choose the 15 amp version.
Does it add rinse aid?
No. It has automatic detergent injection only. If you want automatic rinse aid, look at the Madison IM17.
Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. It must be connected by a licensed plumber in your area, and your electrician should confirm the power outlet.
