The FED-X XVRX2000/380S is a 2000mm long refrigerated countertop salad bar that holds 9 x GN 1/3 pans up to 150mm deep in angled positions (pans not included), with hinged stainless steel lids that close over the pans. Static cooling with a Dixell digital controller holds +2°C to +8°C, and at 395mm deep it sits on an existing bench or on top of an FED-X prep counter, running from a standard 10A plug.
