The Jasper JA-NC is a heavy-duty gas multi-function cooker built for Asian kitchens. Choose how you want it set up when you order:
- Noodle cooker: boil noodles in portion baskets to order, so every bowl of ramen, pho or wonton noodles is cooked perfectly.
- Dim sim steamer: steam dumplings, dim sims, bao and buns in stacked bamboo or steel steamers.
- Cheong fun steamer: steam fresh rice noodle rolls to order.
One accessory is included as standard, and extra accessories are available, so you can change the set-up as your menu grows.

Installation and safety
Gas cookers must be installed by a licensed gas fitter, and steamers and noodle boilers produce a lot of steam, so install the cooker under a suitable exhaust canopy. Keep water topped up and descale regularly in hard water areas.

Yes. The JA-NC is a multi-function cooker. One accessory set is included, and you can add others to switch between noodle cooking and steaming.
Do you deliver Australia-wide?
Yes. We deliver to every state by tailgate truck. Installation by a licensed gas fitter is required.
