B+S K+ KYCJSF-1 - 700mm Waterless Gas Pot Steamer 64L
The K+ KYCJSF-1 is a single hole waterless gas pot steamer for Chinese restaurants and yum cha kitchens that steam in volume. A 130 MJ/h 32 jet Mongolian burner heats a 64 L stainless steel water pot. It is taller, wider and stronger than the KYCJSF-1HE heat exchange steamer, which holds 37 L and draws 87.5 MJ/h on natural gas.

Common questions:
Will it line up with a K+ wok table?
Yes, at the back and the top. It is 840 mm deep and 1300 mm high, the same as the K+ waterless wok tables, and 700 mm wide.
Are steamer baskets included?
The 7-hole steaming plate is supplied. Baskets are not part of the unit, so allow for your own.
What does waterless mean on a steamer?
There is no water running over the deck to cool it. The water inlet feeds the pot through the refill tube, and the overflow keeps it topped up to level, which is why it still needs a water line and waste.
