Benchstar FAQs
What warranty does Benchstar equipment have?
Most Benchstar equipment has a 1 year parts and labour warranty. Some smaller items have a 1 year return-to-base warranty, the microwaves and blender have 2 years return-to-base, and the steamers and dumpling machines add a further year of parts when registered with FED. The warranty for each model is listed on its product page.
Will it plug into a normal power point?
Most Benchstar items run on a standard 10 amp plug and many larger ones on a 15 amp plug. A few high-powered models are hard-wired or three-phase, and these need a licensed electrician. Check the power line in the specifications before you order.
