Stainless steel reflectors spread the heat evenly over the food, the temperature range is +30°C to +90°C, and a dedicated switch on each tier lets you run one or both. It draws 1080W on a standard 10 A plug. Need more display space in the same width? The FW9L-123 adds a third tier.
