Benchstar FW15L-183 - Heat Lamp Food Warmer, 3 Tier, 1800mm, 15 Lamps
The Benchstar FW15L-183 is the largest heat lamp food warmer in Benchstar's FW range: 1800mm wide, three tiers high and fitted with 15 lamps. It is designed for high-volume takeaways, chicken shops, pizza shops and buffet lines that need maximum hot display in a slim 300mm depth. Food is held at +30°C to +90°C, with stainless steel reflectors and a switch for each tier. Unlike the smaller models, it draws 2700W and needs a 15 A outlet.

Good to know before you buy:
- Power: it needs a 240V 15 A outlet, not a standard power point. If you don't have one, it must be installed by a licensed electrician. We supply the equipment only.
- Height: it stands 975mm tall, so check the clearance above your counter.
- Access: the carton is 1814mm long and the unit weighs 42 kg. It is delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Standard delivery doesn't include bringing it inside, so check doorways and corners for the long carton.

Common questions:
Why does it need a 15 A outlet?
With 15 lamps it draws 2700W, more than FED rates for a 10 A plug, so it is supplied for a 15 A outlet. The FW10L-182 and FW12L-153 run on 10 A.
Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. If you need a 15 A outlet, it must be installed by a licensed electrician in your area.
Can I run fewer tiers on quiet days?
Yes. Each tier has its own switch.
