If counter length is tight but you want plenty of display, the Benchstar FW6L-093 builds upwards: three tiers in a 900mm wide, 300mm deep stainless steel frame, with 6 heat lamps. It keeps pizza, chips, fried chicken and buffet items warm at +30°C to +90°C, with stainless steel reflectors for even heat and a separate switch on every tier. It draws 1080W on a standard 10 A plug. The two-tier FW4L-092 is the same width at 650mm high.
