Electric kebab knives
An electric kebab knife has a round, spinning blade that shaves meat from the spit in thin, even slices, much faster and more consistently than a hand knife. An adjustable guide sets the slice thickness, so every serve looks the same and less meat is wasted.
Choosing a kebab knife
- Corded or cordless: corded knives never need charging. Cordless knives run on rechargeable batteries, so there is no cable near the hot spit.
- Blade size: larger blades take wider slices in each pass for faster service.
- Cleaning: look for a blade guard and front section that come off easily for cleaning.
