The Adler ECO1000 is an Italian pass through (hood type) dishwasher for restaurants, clubs and cafes washing a steady flow of plates, trays and pots. It takes 500 x 500mm racks (2 supplied) with 420mm of clearance under the hood, and runs 1 or 3 minute cycles from a 20 litre wash tank and 10 litre boiler. ICE rates water use at 1.5 litres per cycle. You can choose 400V three-phase power (DWA2000) or 240V single phase on 15 A (DWA2001). The Topline TOP1200 (DWA2120) is the step up, with 4 cycles and soft-touch controls.

Good to know before you buy:

• Power: the three-phase DWA2000 has no plug and must be installed by a licensed electrician. The single-phase DWA2001 is rated at 15 A, so it needs a 15 A outlet, fitted by a licensed electrician if you don't have one. We supply the equipment only.
• Water and drain: it must be connected to water and drain by a licensed plumber, with an inlet pressure of 2 to 4 bar.
• Height: the hood opens to 1980mm, so check there is room under any shelf or exhaust canopy above it.
• Access: it is packed at 730 x 850 x 1600 mm and weighs 130 kg. It is delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises; standard delivery doesn't include bringing it inside, up stairs or unpacking.

Single phase or three phase?
Choose the DWA2000 for 400V three-phase power (9.8 kW) or the DWA2001 for 240V single phase on a 15 A outlet (3.6 kW). Both share the same features, size and racks.

How tall can the items be?
There is 420mm of clearance under the hood. Measure your largest trays and pots against that height.

Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. It must be connected by a licensed plumber and a licensed electrician in your area.
