The Norris AP2500 is the most powerful model in Norris's Australian-made AP "Fast Response" pass-through range, driven by a 1600 W German wash pump to shift heavy, baked-on soil. Like the AP750 it connects to cold water and heats its own, so busy kitchens are not held up by the hot water system. Norris rates it at up to about 1,080 plates an hour with 470mm of usable wash height; the step up from the AP750 is the stronger three-phase wash pump.

Good to know before you buy:

• Power: Norris's manual calls for a 20 amp per phase, three-phase supply within 1 metre of the machine. A licensed electrician must connect it and check the three-phase wash pump turns the right way. We supply the equipment only.
• Water and drain: it connects to a cold water tap and needs a drain point within 1 metre, connected by a licensed plumber.
• Ordering: this model is built to order by Norris and is no longer shown on Norris's current website. Contact us and we will confirm the current specification before you buy.

Common questions:

AP2500 or AP750?
Both connect to cold water and have 470mm of wash height. The AP2500 has the stronger 1600 W three-phase wash pump for heavier soiling.

Can I add a steam condenser?
Yes. Norris makes an optional steam condenser designed for the FI 750, AP750 and AP2500. Ask us for details.

Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. It must be connected by a licensed electrician and a licensed plumber in your area.
