The Dihr HT 14 OPTIMA is a hood type dishwasher for restaurants, clubs and cafes that want a cleaner rinse and lower running costs. Before each rinse, its drain pump lets out part of the wash water, so every cycle starts with cleaner, already warm water. A break tank, atmospheric boiler and rinse pump keep the rinse steady. It takes 500 x 500mm racks with 410mm of clearance and handles up to 55 racks an hour on a 55°C supply. It shares its 720 x 735mm footprint with the H 11 T, but adds a TFT panel with self-diagnostics, a fifth 300 second cycle and dosing you set from the panel.

Good to know before you buy:

• Power: it needs a 400V three-phase supply and must be connected by a licensed electrician. We supply the equipment only.
• Water and drain: connection by a licensed plumber. Use a 55°C hot water supply for full output. Dihr specifies inlet water hardness of up to 8 °f, so ask your plumber whether your site needs a softener.
• Options: a built-in water softener, a special basket for GN 1/1 trays up to 25mm deep and an OS240+ reverse osmosis unit are available to order, so ask us.
• Height: allow 1880mm of clearance for the hood to open.
• Access: delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Bringing it inside and unpacking are not included.

Common questions:

What does "clean water technology" mean?
Before the rinse, the drain pump lets out part of the wash water. Dihr says this means each wash starts with cleaner water that is already warm and dosed with detergent and rinse aid.

Can it wash GN trays?
Yes, with the special basket, which is sold separately. It holds 6 GN 1/1 trays up to 25mm deep.

Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. It must be connected by a licensed electrician and a licensed plumber in your area.
