The Fagor WHC-502TBD is an iNova Concept hood-type pass-through dishwasher for busy restaurants, hotels and clubs that need fast, high-volume washing. It handles 500 x 500 mm baskets at up to 40 an hour, with 90, 120 and 180 second cycles plus an extended 480 second cycle, and fits plates up to 450mm and glasses up to 415mm tall. The WHC-502TRCBD is the same style of machine with a heat recovery system that cuts steam and pre-heats the incoming water.

• Single-skin hood slides on metal runners for easier lifting and less noise; lowering the hood starts the cycle
• Four cycles: 90, 120 and 180 seconds plus an extended 480 second cycle; washes at 60°C and rinses at 85°C
• 33 litre wash tank (3 kW) and 9 litre boiler (6 kW)
• Drain pump, peristaltic detergent dispenser and hydraulic rinse aid dosing as standard
• Duo-KLIP wash and rinse arms and a 750 W dual-flow wash pump with soft start

Good to know before you buy:

• Power: it runs on 415V three-phase power, connected by a licensed electrician. FED's brochure says it is a multi-power unit that can be converted to single phase (20 A). Ask us before ordering if you need that.
• Water and drain: water and drain connections must be made by a licensed plumber. We supply the equipment only.
• Headroom: it is 1480mm high with the hood down, so allow extra height above the machine for the hood to lift.
• Tables not included: entry and exit tables are optional accessories.

Yes. The machine and its tables can be set up in a straight line or in a corner, and the working direction can run left-to-right or right-to-left.
