The Fagor WHC-502TRCBD is an iNova pass-through (hood type) dishwasher for 500 x 500mm baskets, with a drain pump and detergent dispenser, for busy restaurant and hotel dish areas. Its heat recovery system reuses waste heat to preheat incoming water, cutting energy use and steam in the kitchen, and it can be installed without a dedicated exhaust hood, subject to site ventilation approval.
