The Dihr H 11 T is a double-skin hood type pass-through dishwasher for restaurants, hotels and clubs that run hard through every shift. It handles up to 72 racks an hour on hot water, and with its 9 kW boiler Dihr rates it at about 30 racks an hour even on a cold water supply. Against the HT 11 ECO T it adds a double-skin hood, independent stainless steel wash arms and more heating power, in the same 720 x 735mm footprint.

Good to know before you buy:

• Power: 10.9 kW on 400V three phase. It must be connected by a licensed electrician. We supply the equipment only.
• Water and drain: connection by a licensed plumber. It works on hot or cold water, with the best output on a 55°C supply. Dihr specifies water hardness of 2–8 °F, so ask your plumber about a softener.
• Height: allow 1880mm of clearance for the hood to open.
• Drain pump: Dihr lists the drain pump as optional, so ask us if your drain point is above floor level.

Common questions:

Will it keep up if my hot water runs out?
On a 10°C supply Dihr rates it at up to 31 racks per hour, compared with about 22 for the HT 11 ECO T, which has a 6 kW boiler instead of 9 kW.

Does it take GN trays?
Yes. It takes 1/1 gastronorm trays (530 x 325mm) and plates up to 410mm diameter.

Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. It must be connected by a licensed electrician and a licensed plumber in your area.
