Benchstar HSW600 - Overhead Strip Warmer, 609mm, 500W
The Benchstar HSW600 is the shortest strip warmer in the HSW range, a 609mm overhead heater for small passes, cafe service counters and compact buffet points. It keeps plated food at a safe serving temperature between the kitchen and the table, without drying it out. At 500 W and just 3 kg, it runs on a standard 10 A plug and comes with mounting brackets and support chains.

Good to know before you buy:
- Mounting: hang it over your pass or counter with the supplied brackets and chains, from fixing points that can safely carry it. FED specifies at least 4cm of clearance above the unit.
- Power: plugs into a standard 240V 10 A power point, so plan for an outlet within reach of the cord.
- Sizing: pick a warmer about as long as the area where plates wait. Longer models run up to 1829mm.
