Bakeries, delis and service stations can put a full range of hot snacks at the till with the Anvil DGHV0540, a 1200mm countertop heated showcase with 190 litres of display space. Wire shelves hold pies, pasties and rolls at a temperature you set between 40°C and 75°C, and it is rated at only 0.8 kW. It is the middle size of the range, between the 900mm DGHV0530 and the 1500mm DGHV0550.
