Benchstar EHW-100 - Hot Food Display Warmer, 2 Angled Shelves, 1000mm
The Benchstar EHW-100 is a 1016mm wide hot food merchandiser for cafes, delis, convenience stores and takeaways selling pies, pastries, sausage rolls, wrapped burgers and hot snacks. Two angled shelves, each 880 x 550mm, put the food on show, and the thermostat (+30°C to +110°C) holds it above 60°C for compliant hot holding. LED lighting, adjustable divider rods and separate heat and light switches make it easy to run, and it plugs into a standard 10 A power point. It is the smallest of four widths.

- Holding only: FED states that its heated units are for hot food holding only and are not designed to heat food. Load it with food that is already cooked and hot.
- Power: plugs into a standard 240V 10 A power point.
- Access: the packed unit is 1060 x 670 x 900 mm and the warmer weighs 69 kg. It is delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Standard delivery doesn't include bringing it inside, up stairs or unpacking, so arrange help to lift it onto your counter.

Common questions:
Can I heat food from cold in it?
No. FED designs it for hot holding only, so put food in already cooked and hot. It keeps it above 60°C.
