Anvil NDHV3730 - 3 Tier Hot Food Display 900mm
The Anvil NDHV3730 is a 900mm, 3 tier heated display that gives bakeries, cafes and canteens 285 litres of hot food on show, nearly double the 600mm NDHV3720. Adjustable wire shelves let you fit everything from pies to wraps and rolls, and you can set the temperature between 40°C and 75°C. At 1200mm high it matches the Anvil NDSV3730 refrigerated cake display, so hot and cold can sit side by side.

- Access: the packed unit is 990mm wide, 760mm deep and 1325mm high, and weighs 122 kg unpacked. It is delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises; standard delivery doesn't include bringing it inside or unpacking, so check doorways and arrange help.
- Food safety: it is a holding display, not an oven. Load hot food and keep it at 60°C or above, as Australian food safety rules require.
