The Anvil NDSV3730 is a 900mm square glass cake display with three levels of chilled shelving, a popular size for cafes and bakeries that want a proper cake cabinet without giving up too much floor. It holds 285 litres at 2°C to 8°C, with heated ITO glass on the front, top and sides, warm or cool LED lighting and a black brushed stainless steel body. The 4 tier NDSV4730 adds another shelf level and stands 1350mm high instead of 1200mm.
