The B+S Black CFPSF-1HE is a single hole gas steamer set up for cheung fun (steamed rice noodle rolls), for Chinese restaurants and hotels. It shares its 87.5 MJ burner, 37 L auto refill tank and size with the YCJSF-1HE. The difference is on top, where this model has a 5 mm aluminium perforated plate, a cheung fun adapter and a lightweight lid in place of the 7 hole steaming plate.

Good to know before you buy:

• Gas type: choose Natural Gas or LPG when you order, to match your gas supply.
• Installation: gas appliances must be connected by a licensed gas fitter, to local regulations and under a suitable exhaust canopy. The water and waste connections also need a licensed plumber. We supply the equipment only.
• Access: delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Check doorways for a 600 x 840 x 1300 mm unit.
• Options: B+S also offers non-swivel rear castors (set of two), a 21 inch steamer lid cover with handle, a 21 inch steamer tray set (body and tray) and a 600 x 50 mm plinth kit. Ask us for a price.

Common questions:

Is this the right model if I mainly steam baskets?
Probably not. If baskets are your main use and cheung fun is not on the menu, the YCJSF-1HE with its 7 hole plate is the plain steamer version.

Does it need a power point?
No. It connects to gas, water and drain lines, and it lights with piezo ignition.

Will it line up with a wok table?
Yes. It is 840 mm deep and 1300 mm high, the same as the B+S Black waterless wok tables.
