The K+ KNC-SW3 is a gas soup warmer built on the K+ noodle cooker body, with three 8 L pots in a thermostatically controlled 30 L water tank. It suits noodle houses, canteens and buffets that need soups or broths kept hot and ready to ladle. It is the same 450 mm wide as the KNC-6, but carries pots rather than baskets.

Good to know before you buy:

• Gas type: choose Natural Gas or LPG when you order, to match your gas supply.
• Installation: gas appliances must be connected by a licensed gas fitter, to local regulations and under a suitable exhaust canopy. The water supply, drain and overflow also need connecting, by a licensed plumber. We supply the equipment only.
• Access: delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Check doorways for a 450 x 840 x 1030 mm unit, about 85 kg.
• Options: B+S also offers left and right side wing assemblies, a joining strip for lining up with other cookers and non-swivel rear castors, set of two. Ask us for a price.

Common questions:

How much soup does it hold?
Three 8 L pots gives you up to 24 L of soup at a time, so it holds three different soups or broths on the go.

Why does a soup warmer need a water connection?
It is built on the same 30 L water tank as the KNC-6, with the water temperature thermostatically controlled. The water inlet and spindle refill that tank, and the drain and overflow carry water away.

Can I use it to cook noodles as well?
It comes set up for pots, not baskets. The KNC-6 is the same size and gas rating if you want to run one beside it.
