The NC-4-SW-1 is a 450mm wide gas noodle cooker with four baskets and one 8L soup pot sharing a 30L tank. It suits a noodle bar that serves mostly noodles and wants one broth or soup at hand in the same unit. The NC-2-SW-2 shifts the mix to two baskets and two pots, and the NC-6 gives you all six baskets with no pot.

Good to know before you buy:

• Gas type: choose Natural Gas or LPG when you order, to match your gas supply.
• Installation: gas appliances must be connected by a licensed gas fitter, to local regulations and under a suitable exhaust canopy. The water supply, drain and overflow also need connecting, by a licensed plumber. We supply the equipment only.
• Access: delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Check doorways for a 450 x 840 x 1030 mm unit.
• Options: B+S also offers non-swivel rear castors (set of two), a left or right side wing, a joining strip, and a 450 x 50 mm plinth kit. Ask us for a price.

Do the baskets and pot share the same water?
Yes. Everything sits in one 30L tank with one burner and one thermostat, so the baskets and the pot run at the same water temperature.

NC-4-SW-1 or NC-2-SW-2?
It depends on your menu. This one suits more noodle portions with one 8L soup. The NC-2-SW-2 cooks fewer portions at a time but holds 16L of soup across two pots.
