The Electmax 900 Series EGP9-800 is an 800mm induction griddle on a stainless steel stand, for breakfast, burger and grill service on a 900mm deep line. Induction gives fast, even heat with less heat in the kitchen than a gas griddle. It is hard-wired to a 415V three-phase supply.
