The Brenner Volt 800 Series BREE8-600ICO pairs a 4 zone induction cooktop with a 75 litre fan forced oven, so one 600mm unit can sear, simmer, bake and roast. It suits cafés, food trucks, pub kitchens and smaller restaurants that want fast, clean induction cooking without giving up an oven. It runs on a 415V three-phase supply.
