Brenner BREE8-900IC - Volt 800 Series 6 Zone Induction Cooktop on Stand
The Brenner Volt 800 Series BREE8-900IC is a 6 zone freestanding induction cooktop for high-volume restaurant and hotel kitchens. Induction heats the pan directly for fast, controllable cooking with far less heat in the kitchen than gas. It stands on an open base that can be closed in with the optional door kit, and runs on a 415V three-phase supply.
