ConvectMax YXD-8AE - 4 Tray 600x400 Convection Oven with Steam
The ConvectMax YXD-8AE is a heavy-duty stainless steel convection oven that takes four 600 x 400 mm bakery trays, with press-button steam for bread and pastry. Two reversing fans bake evenly, and the trays are included, making it a popular choice for cafés, bakeries and takeaways.
