The Electmax 900 Series IFS10-30L is a 30 litre induction deep fryer for kitchens with a 900mm deep line. Induction heating gives fast recovery and accurate temperature control, with a touch panel, digital display and 0 to 180 minute timer. It runs on a 415V three-phase supply.
