Nemco NCC0002 - Easy Cheeser Cheese Cuber, 18mm or 18mm + 9mm Cut
The Nemco Easy Cheeser cubes a 2kg block of cheese in about 75 seconds, a job that takes around 20 minutes by hand, and gives consistent cubes for portion control. It is made in the USA from sturdy aluminium, with stainless steel cutting wires you can replace yourself. Choose the 18mm (3/4 inch) cube model, or the model with interchangeable 18mm and 9mm cutting arms.
