The Uniq electric chafing dish keeps food hot on a buffet with gentle bain-marie heat, set from 35°C to 85°C in 1°C steps on a digital display that also shows the actual temperature and how long the food has been held. It takes a removable 100mm deep GN 1/1 pan, has a two-part tempered glass lid with a holder for name cards, and a lightweight polypropylene body that is easy to take to functions. Choose black, white, green or beige.
