Yasaki AK55C - Hard Cheese Grater, 40kg/h
The Yasaki AK55C is a single-head electric grater for hard cheeses such as parmesan and pecorino, grating about 40 kg an hour into its stainless steel pan. It suits pizzerias, Italian restaurants and delis.
