Slicing discs for the Anvil FPA0007 Food Processor Pro. Pick the slice thickness you need from the menu, from 1 mm to 10 mm. The FPA0007 comes with 1, 3, 5 and 10 mm slicing discs, so these are replacements or extra sizes. The price is for one disc.

Which one do I need?

• 1 to 2 mm: very thin slices of onion, cucumber, cabbage and radish
• 3 to 5 mm: everyday slicing for salads, potatoes, carrots, zucchini and tomatoes
• 8 to 10 mm: thick slices for roasting and grilling, and the base cut when dicing with a cubing grid
