Anvil FPA0007 - Food Processor Pro with 7 Discs, 250kg/h
The Anvil FPA0007 Food Processor Pro is a continuous-feed vegetable prep machine made in Brazil, rated for up to 250 kg of produce an hour. It arrives ready to work with seven discs (four slicing and three shredding) plus an ejector disc, so restaurants, caterers and salad bars can slice and grate straight away. Two feed openings handle different sized produce, and extra discs, julienne grids and cubing grids let you add strips and dice later.

Common questions:
Which discs come with it?
Seven: slicing 1mm, 3mm, 5mm and 10mm, and shredding 3mm, 5mm and 8mm. An ejector disc is also included.
Can it dice or cut chips?
Yes, with optional cubing grids (8 to 20mm) or julienne grids (1 to 14mm). Each grid is used together with an E slicing disc.
Do discs from an older model fit?
ICE says the slicing, grating and julienne discs fit both the old and new models (PA7 and PAIE), but the dicing grids are not interchangeable. Ask us if you're unsure which you have.
