The Dito Sama TRK45 is a heavy-duty 3-in-1 machine: cutter, emulsifier and vegetable slicer on one base. The 4.5 litre stainless steel bowl handles 100 g to 2 kg batches, and the slicer head processes up to 550 kg of vegetables an hour.

Choose your discs: this machine comes without discs, so you only pay for the cuts you need. Add them to your order:

• Slicing discs: 0.6 to 13 mm slices, plus wavy (crinkle-cut) discs
• Grating discs: 2 to 9 mm, plus breadcrumb and parmesan discs
• Shredding (julienne) discs: 2 x 8 to 10 x 10 mm strips and chips
• Dicing and chip grids: 5 x 5 and 8 x 8 mm cubes and 6 x 6 to 10 x 10 mm chips, used with a slicing disc
