What warranty does Dito Sama equipment have?
Dito Sama machines have a 2 year return-to-base warranty: bring or send the unit to an authorised FED service agent for warranty repair.
Do Dito Sama machines need special power?
No. Every Dito Sama machine we sell plugs into a standard 10 amp power point.
Are slicing discs included?
The PREP4YOU vegetable slicers and combination machines come with three discs: 2 mm and 5 mm slicers and a 3 mm grater. The TRS-500 and TRK machines are supplied without discs so you can choose the cuts you need from our slicing discs, grating discs, shredding discs and dicing and chip grids.
