Short on bench space but need both a vegetable slicer and a food processor? The P4U-PS201S puts both on one motor base, with a tough 2.6 litre AISI 304 stainless steel cutter bowl in place of the clear copolyester bowl on the PS201. Slice, grate and shred through the lever-fed slicer head, then switch to the bowl to chop, mince, emulsify and knead. It is a single-speed (1500 rpm), 500 W machine, so it is easy for any staff member to pick up and use.

Good to know before you buy:

• Power: plugs into a standard 10 A power point.
• Disc size: PREP4YOU machines use 175 mm discs. The 205 mm discs we sell for the TRS-500 and TRK machines do not fit.
• Stainless or clear: the stainless bowl is harder wearing than copolyester, but you cannot see through it, so check consistency through the clear lid.

Does it come with slicing discs?
Yes. It includes a 2 mm slicer, a 5 mm slicer and a 3 mm grater, all 175 mm. More PREP4YOU discs and dicing grids are available. Ask us.

Can I put the bowl in the dishwasher?
Yes. All parts that touch food come off without tools and are dishwasher safe.

Is it safe for staff to use?
The slicer blade stops when the lever pusher is lifted, and the front lever suits both left- and right-handed users.
