The Dito Sama TRK70 is the largest TRK 3-in-1 machine, with a 7 litre stainless steel cutter bowl for 150 g to 3.5 kg batches and a vegetable slicer head for up to 500 kg of vegetables an hour, suiting caterers and busy production kitchens.

Choose your discs: this machine comes without discs, so you only pay for the cuts you need. Add them to your order:

• Slicing discs: 0.6 to 13 mm slices, plus wavy (crinkle-cut) discs
• Grating discs: 2 to 9 mm, plus breadcrumb and parmesan discs
• Shredding (julienne) discs: 2 x 8 to 10 x 10 mm strips and chips
• Dicing and chip grids: 5 x 5 and 8 x 8 mm cubes and 6 x 6 to 10 x 10 mm chips, used with a slicing disc
