Genuine Dito Sama 205 mm stainless steel shredding discs with S-blades for the TRS-500 vegetable slicer and the TRK45, TRK55 and TRK70 combination machines. They cut matchstick strips (julienne) from 2 x 8 mm up to 10 x 10 mm, and the 6 x 6, 8 x 8 and 10 x 10 mm discs also cut chips. The price is for one disc.

Which one do I need?

• 2 x 8 and 2 x 10 mm: flat julienne strips for stir-fries, salads and garnishes
• 3 x 3 and 4 x 4 mm: fine julienne for coleslaw, beetroot, carrot and rosti
• 6 x 6, 8 x 8 and 10 x 10 mm: thick batons and chips

Fits the Dito Sama TRS-500 vegetable slicer and the TRK45, TRK55 and TRK70 combination cutter and vegetable slicers (205 mm disc size). Not suitable for the PREP4YOU range, which uses 175 mm discs.
