The Dito Sama PREP4YOU P4U-CV3 is the variable-speed version of the P4U-CS3, with nine speeds from 500 to 1200 rpm so you can match the speed to soft or firm produce. It comes with 2 mm and 5 mm slicing discs and a 3 mm grater.
