Nemco NES0001 - Easy Slicer, Adjustable 1.6 to 12.7mm Slices
Nemco calls the Easy Slicer the one slicer you need to make fast, easy work of fruit and vegetables. Its adjustable blade sets the slice anywhere from a fine 1.6mm to a thick 12.7mm, so one tool covers garnishes, salads and sandwich fillings. That adjustable blade is what sets it apart from Nemco's fixed-size slicers, such as the 4.6mm Easy Onion Slicer II and the Easy Tomato Slicers.
