About Tre Spade

Tre Spade is an Italian maker of food processing machines for butchers, delis, restaurants and small producers: meat mincers, sausage fillers, tomato squeezers and food dehydrators. The range is distributed in Australia by International Catering Equipment (ICE).

The Tre Spade range at Refrigeration Experts

  • Electric meat mincers: the compact size 8 MNS0008 (about 30kg an hour), the size 22 MNS0022 (160kg an hour) and the all stainless steel size 22 MNS2222 (180kg an hour), in meat mincers and sausage fillers
  • Manual sausage fillers: the 5 litre SFT0005 and 7 litre SFT0008, each supplied with 10, 20, 30 and 40mm funnels
  • The TSE0004 electric tomato squeezer for passata and sauce, in vegetable prep machines

Tre Spade FAQs

Which mincer should I choose?

For a cafe or deli mincing small batches, the size 8 MNS0008 (about 30kg an hour) is compact and runs on a standard power point. For a butcher or busy kitchen, choose a size 22: the MNS0022 (about 160kg an hour) has forward and reverse, and the MNS2222 (about 180kg an hour) is all stainless steel with a self-sharpening knife.

Which plate comes with each mincer?

The MNS0008 comes with a 6mm plate, and the MNS0022 and MNS2222 with an 8mm plate. Other plates, sausage funnels and attachments are available to order. Contact us and we'll arrange them.

What power do they need?

The mincers, tomato squeezer and dehydrators all run on single-phase 240V power. The sausage fillers are hand-cranked and need no power.

What warranty applies?

Tre Spade machines have a 12 month back to base warranty.
