Restaurants and pizzerias that make their own passata and sauces can process tomatoes in bulk with the Tre Spade TSE0004. This size 4 electric squeezer pushes tomatoes through a stainless steel filter with 1.5mm holes, and ICE rates its output at 650kg an hour. It has a robust tin-plated cast iron body, a stainless steel hopper and tray, and a food-grade nylon screw, and it comes apart quickly for cleaning. If you already own a Tre Spade MNS0008 mincer, ICE also offers a squeezer attachment for it.
