Hamilton Beach Commercial, part of the American Hamilton Beach brand, makes blenders, drink mixers and food preparation equipment for bars, cafes, restaurants and institutional kitchens. The range is distributed in Australia by International Catering Equipment (ICE).

Which blender should I choose?
For cocktails and drinks with a little ice, the Rio is a compact choice. For frappes, smoothies and ice-heavy drinks, choose a 3HP blender like the Fury or Tempest, or the Eclipse or Summit Edge if noise matters at the counter. For sauces, soups and purees, choose the Tempest food blender or the 4 litre Expeditor.
Are spare jugs available?
Yes. Replacement jugs, frothing jugs, and stick blender shafts and whisks are available to order. Contact us and we'll arrange them.
What warranty applies?
The blenders have a 2 or 3 year back to base warranty, plus 3 months on the jug. The milkshake mixers, stick blenders and planetary mixer have 2 years back to base, and the juicer, can opener and sous vide circulator have 12 months back to base.
What power do they need?
All the powered models run on single-phase 240V power. The citrus juicer and can opener need no power at all.
