The Everlasting Meatico DAE0701 is a dry age meat cabinet in black glazed stainless steel, made in Italy, holding up to 150kg of meat at 0°C to 10°C with the humidity controlled from 40% to 90%. A UV light is fitted as standard, it needs no water connection, and it comes with 3 shelves, a hook rail and 2 meat hooks.
