The Everlasting Meatico DAE1501 is a two door dry age meat cabinet in black glazed stainless steel, made in Italy, holding up to 300kg of meat at 0°C to 10°C with humidity control from 40% to 90%. Glass doors and LED lighting put the meat on display, a UV light is fitted as standard, the doors lock, and it needs no water connection.
