ICS Pacific Pavia 140H - Countertop Heated Food Display 920mm 136L
The ICS Pacific Pavia 140H is a three-tier countertop heated display for pies, pasties, sausage rolls and other hot food, heating to 90°C. Fan-less heating with a water tray keeps food moist instead of drying it out, LED strips on both sides light the shelves, and doors front and back let it be served or loaded from either side. It is 920mm wide with 136 litres of display space.
