For a busy prep wall where two cooks work side by side, the 1500-7-WBB gives a 1500mm long, 700mm deep stainless steel top with a 100mm splashback behind it. Below is a galvanised undershelf for bulk stock and containers, on height-adjustable galvanised legs. The top is 1.2mm 304 grade stainless steel and FED rates the bench to 300 kg. It lines up with other 700mm deep benches; the 1500-7-WB is the open version without a splashback.
